1. Here in our quaint little town, there is a Post Office. At this Post Office, there is a parking lot, with parking on both sides of this wide cement thing. People, this wide cement thing is called a SIDEWALK. Please use it for walking to and from your car, instead of walking in the traffic lane. Especially if you have children with you!
2. When exiting said parking lot of said Post Office, there is a STOP SIGN and a cross walk for people, walking to and from their cars. Hardly anyone stops for this stop sign, thinking it should be on the actual corner. It's not that difficult, people, STOP TWICE!! Once for the cross walk, then move up to the corner, and STOP AGAIN looking for traffic coming from either direction.
